Refund and Warranty Policy

 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After we have received the physical item, please allow up to 21 days for us to process your exchange, remake any hand-finished piece and then to ship it back out to you.

Replacement products will not be crafted and/or shipped until we have received the original items, in their original box with any accompanying merchandise.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Products marked down in price are final sale items and not eligible for return. Please note that full-priced items purchased using discount codes or during a site-wide sale period are NOT considered final sale

The refund policy does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or negligence, natural tarnishing that may occur over time, or purchases made from an unauthorized retailer.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Notification:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

WARRANTY:

All defective jewelry is covered under a one-year manufacturing warranty.

If there is a manufacturing defect with your item, send us a message on our “Contact Us” page with your Name, Order Number, and Issue.

The warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or negligence, natural tarnishing that may occur over time, or purchases made from an unauthorized retailer.

We stand by the quality of our products. We guarantee that our products are made with .925 silver content or higher. Slight color variation may occur between the pictures displayed on-screen and the actual purchase. Please send us a message on our "Contact Us" page and include your order number and reason for return. We personally inspect every item that is sent out.
